En un proceso de coaching ontologico el crecimiento se da en el dominio del ser, a traves de un aprendizaje transformacional, ya que nuestro lenguaje no solo describe nuestra realidad sino que también es una herramienta para generarla.

Mediante una serie de preguntas se evalúa al coachee (cliente) y su manera tradicional de interpretar y percibir determinadas situaciones de la vida, para así ayudarlo a crear competencias emocionales, del hacer, del pensar y de la comunicación.

Así, el coaching ontológico deviene en un proceso liberador del sufrimiento y de las creencias limitantes: conecta a las personas con sus propios recursos y con la capacidad de intervenir, logrando mayor bienestar y efectividad en los resultados.
