Todo el tiempo estamos acercándonos al momento presente desde el pasado. Usando nuestras experiencias pasadas y los resultados que crearon … tratamos de experimentar con el presente. Seguimos probando varias formas de tratar el presente con todo lo que aprendimos en el pasado. Incapaces de ser / vivir en el presente, estamos probando varias maneras de manejar nuestro sufrimiento y de escapar de un sufrimiento mayor. Al final, la mayoría de los experimentos fallan, pocos dan resultados positivos y nuevamente los usamos en los escenarios futuros. Sigue viendo este juego de la mente. Si te involucras en este juego, sé consciente y muévete lentamente a presenciar .
