Debes reconocer y abrazar el dolor sin condenarlo, sin juzgarlo, permite que se exprese…
entonces experimentarás que es verdaderamente doloroso, se convertirá en un dolor en la región del pecho, pero, si lo observas con consciencia, lentamente encontrarás LIBERTAD, este es el camino para ser libres…
