Este problema que tan extendido está puede combatirse, simplemente, con meditar en casa. Más de un centenar de estudios corroboran el hecho de que la meditación reduce la ansiedad. La meditación es capaz de llevarnos a un estado mental donde aparece el pensamiento divergente. Este genera nuevas y sorprendentes ideas, ya que es un tipo de pensamiento lateral que transita caminos diferentes al habitual a la hora de construir ideas.

La meditación para niños garantiza el desarrollo mental de estos y potencia las calificaciones. No es de extrañar, ya que la capacidad de concentración de los más pequeños se irá aumentando y aprenderán a manejar sus cada vez más complejas emociones.

10. NOS AYUDA A SER COMPASIVOS

A través de esta actividad podemos conocernos a nosotros mismos y entender mejor a los demás, algo de vital necesidad en esta sociedad. Todos estamos atados a las mismas fuerzas, sentimientos y problemáticas, por lo que ser compasivos no es más que aceptar que no somos tan distintos. La meditación para principiantes nos ayuda a mantener nuestra salud mental, reducir el estrés y la ansiedad, conocernos mejor y concentrarnos donde sea. Aunque sea una meditación de principiantes, los beneficios no tardarán mucho en dejarse ver.
