Te identificas con tus pensamientos, con tu pasado muerto, con tu vida miserable y demás … no ves las cosas como testigo y te enredas en el sufrimiento.Despierta a la realidad a través del VER… ¡Estarás libre de todo sufrimiento, al instante!
