Hay 7 cosas que afectan nuestra frecuencia vibracional (desde el punto de vista de la física cuántica).

Vibración según la física cuántica todo es energía. Somos seres vibracionales. El sentimiento(amor)/emoción(miedo) ES vibración.

Las vibraciones sólo pueden tener dos frecuencias:

  • Una positiva, estado de UNIDAD o Consciencia Superior (Amor).
    Otra negativa, estado del ‘yo’ o consciencia inferior (Miedo).

Cualquier sentimiento/emoción donde decidamos estar, hará que vibremos en un sentido u en el otro, en eso no hay términos medios… estamos en la vibración del Amor o en la del Miedo, no se puede estar a medias en ninguna de las dos.

Las 7 cosas q más afectan nuestra frecuencia son:

1 – Los Pensamientos
emiten una frecuencia hacia el Universo y esa frecuencia retorna magnetizada al origen. Por ej si nuestros pensamientos son de miedo… desánimo, tristeza, rabia, etc. atraeremos y manifestaremos lo que tememos, del mismo modo sucede con los pensamientos positivos.

2 – Las Palabras.
La manera como hablamos y la energía de las palabras que utilizamos afectan la frecuencia vibracional. Debemos eliminar el hábito de la queja, el reclamo y los juicios, además evitar dramas y la victimización. Asumamos nuestra Responsabilidad y las consecuencias de las decisiones que tomamos en nuestra vida, sin culpar a 3ros.

3 – Lo que vemos o leemos.
Cuando vemos o leemos películas/libros, información que aborda violencia, desgracias, muertes, traiciones, etc. nuestro cérebro libera una química tóxica de dolor al cuerpo, que afecta nuestra frecuencia vibracional.

4 – Las Compañías.
Las personas con quienes nos relacionamos también influencian directamente nuestra frecuencia vibracional. Personas alegres y determinadas juegan a nuestro favor y si es lo contrario entorpecen la ley de atracción (causa/efecto).

5 – La Música.
La Música es poderosísima. Atención a los mensajes de las letras de las canciones que escuchamos, pues todo esto disminuye o aumenta nuestra frecuencia vibracional. Atraeremos como un imán aquello que repetimos al cantar, y más intensamente si hay emoción.

6 – El Ambiente .
El orden o desorden y el aseo en nuestros ambientes (casa/trabajo) también determinan nuestra frecuencia. Seamos muy conscientes de esto, como es afuera es adentro.

7 – La Gratitud .
No existe NADA que afecte de manera mas positivamente nuestra frecuencia vibracional, que la GRATITUD sincera. Hay que aprender a AGRADECER por todo, no sólo por las Bendiciones evidentes sino también por los Regalos Envueltos, y por todas las experiencias vividas. La Gratitud abre puertas en todos los niveles.
